You may need to clear your browser cache and cookies to download an updated version of your certificate if one of the following applies:
- You reported an issue with your certificate to us that required us to fix something on our end. In such cases, we will always let you know when the fix has been applied and will remind you to clear your browser cache.
- You made a change to your personal information after downloading a certificate with incorrect information on it.
We are working to prevent this from happening in the future. In the mean time, here are the browser clearing directions for both of our supported browsers:
We recommend that you at least clear your cache and cookies. It is not generally necessary to clear any other data.
